Oleg acquired foundational knowledge in Electronic and Computing Equipment Engineering from the esteemed National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.

Over the course of four years, he played a leading role in developing new business domains, managing key accounts, and providing expert guidance on IT services and infrastructure evolution.
