Anastacia Novikova

Anastacia Novikova is the Chief Marketing Officer at LITSLINK, with 19 years in tech sales and marketing. She has experience leading the company’s software development sales, business development, and lead generation, and advises clients on technology transformation, startup launches, and products still sketched on a whiteboard. Her toolkit today includes Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI agents built on Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.

In 2012, she completed an entrepreneurship course at Stanford and launched her own sales and marketing school for IT companies, the first of its kind on the market. In 2019, she earned a degree in oral history from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, which explains why her client calls focus on questions rather than slides. Since then, she has been a regular at Outsource People, LIOF, Conformato, and many regional sales and marketing events. She once returned from a two-day conference with 200 new business cards and a real conversation behind each one.

Anastacia works in English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, and Turkish. Off hours, she plays piano, composes, and has a balcony garden that is doing very well despite the Turkish summer.
